  Check out National Valuation Standards Institute,you might want to add them to your list of cerifications.I just started working with a REO company that requires you to be NVSI certified before you can do BPO's for them.

  We started off as a local group of REO agents in Wisconsin...sharing vendor information, procedures, etc...anything that would help. We now have participation from several other states. We now have new REO members, along with investors, who give us different perspectives and opportunites to share. I guess I wasn't expecting the group to be as diverse...but has been fantastic. I have personally made two new contacts from information received from other members. Please let me know if you need anything else from me...thanks. I am new to the Social Networking scene...so forgive me if I am unfamiliar with the rules.
