  Hi Jesse, I'm on the lending side of all this. If you know of anybody needind a financing professional that will not leave the realtor in the dark, and can give great service, let me know. I'm in Yorba Linda California. I realize the problems most people are experiencing. Lousy service and lenders that have not changed with the times. Realtors need right here right now type of service from people that actually answer their phones, and qualify the clients properly. So the realtors don't waste their time on people that aren't going to get financing anyway. I'm giving my realtors sevice 7 days a week till 9pm. We have a lot of work ahead of us to move all these properties as soon as possible. I keep my lap top and cell phone with me everywhere I go. This way I'm in business no matter where I am. You don't have to wait till I get back to the office for an answer. If I recieve a pre qual sheet on a client, I can have an answer within the hour.   Thanks for the welcome. I will work on getting the home page customized. I am a active REO broker who currently carries quite a few REO listings. My experience is still relatively new compared to some other brokers but I do welcome any comments. Thanks again for the welcome.

  Hello Jesse,
  Thank you for the welcome to the group. I will be new to the listing side of REO properties. As the REO and Short Sales were over 60% of the business in our office, I have decided to get in front of the train so to speak. I have always done corporate inventory properties which are kind of similar to the REO's with the exception that they are generally in good condition. They need painting, maybe a new door hung, some electical repairs for code violations, things like that. I am excited about the opportunities that lie ahead. do you recommend any particular training? I am in Miami, Florida and any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Regards, Frank
