  Hi Jesse thank you for the warm welcome. I have been doing BPO's for 2 1/5 years now. I am listing and selling Pre-foreclosures and now want to begin listing and selling REO properties as well. I am a HUD approved Broker. I look forward to contributing to this group and also learning.

  I am anxious for the day when I can post, "I just received my first REO listing!!!" I know that that day is forthcoming in the VERY near future due to my commitment and dedication in achieving my goal in the REO world!!

  Thanks for the welcome words Jessie. I have been doing BPOs for three companies for over three years and have been wanting to get into selling REOs. Any help would be appreciated. Do you know how I can begin contacting asset managers? Thanks again, Marvin

  Jesse, Thankyou for the welcome. I am pretty well versed in REO's but never think I know enough. I actually came here because I saw your comment on an Active Rain post 'there goes the neighborhood", and liked your response. I will be back to puruse this.

  Hello Jesus,
  I was wondering if you could steer me in the right direction. I am in San Diego, California, and I was wondering if you have any contact names of any AMs. I have been completing BPOs for the past year (Over 1000), and am ready for the next step.
  
  Homeq and Countrywide are huge here in San Diego. However, any other ( I take 1 or 2) contact names would be appreciated.
