Oh yeah and most important...in one of the top R.E. markets in the US, I seek to dazzle. I can find a good buy for the most specific(dare we say Picky) investor/buyer -And I do that by having access to a diverse portfolio of bank assets as well as having knowledge of sociological dispersion of local peoples -which can most definitely lend an advantage to a successfull investor. -Locals are key.
