  • Grace, Are you still working with Titanium. I have for some months now yet have not got more then 2 homeowners to go forward with submitting their financials. I always close with going for a listing yet to date most believe the government is going to bail them out!
    What has your experience been?

    have aquestion, I just become an HRC for Titintum inc. went on my first venture and the owner was a realtor, and was not a very friendly meeting,!! can you give me some tips on your experience with being a HRC and have you closed any deal yet, with them??
  • Hi Grace, I just wanted to let you know that I now work directly with a direct lender in Brea. Better service than before with very knowledgeable people for support. They are up to date on all government programs for buyer assistance. Also VA, FHA, Conventional. I will not lead you around in circles, let's find out who qualifies and get them in processing. People who have problems with their credit we can get them help.This is where I send all my clients with credit problems. I'm in direct contact to one of their AE's. When they are finished helping the client, I'll put that person right back in your hands.
    Also, if you are listing any homes, send me an e mail on the property and I will alert the realtors that work with me (25) and let's see if they have a client who would be interested in buying the house that you are selling. I want to give you a different type of service than you're used to. As a team, I can help you sell more homes.
    If you have a buyer who's looking for a certain type of home, let me know and I'll see if there's anything I can do to help you get your buyer a home.

    Do me a favor if you would, send me a direct e mail address to you so I can include you in my contact list. I send out anouncements and other information to all my realtors, it's nice to know if there is something we aren't aware of. Including new listings and about borrowers who have a certain type of home that they are looking for. You may just have that home that these people are looking for.
