Hi Clay, I liked your posting in the blog regarding companies that charge a fee up front for BPO's and/or REO listings. When I'm asked, I always say the same thing, check out the company. I suggest using google, active rain and, of course, reopro. I agree that not all of the those sites are a rip off, and yes, certification is important. It's dog eat dog out there, put your best foot forward and march over the bones!

Yes, same problem, different state. I went to REOMAC in the Spring in Palm Desert and had a great time but I am loving my listings right now and hate to leave without being completely on top of the work. In the office today taking care of utility and HOA billing and checking contractor bills for accuracy--you know, leisure activities for REO agents :).
