  The best pointer I can give you Charisse is to apply with every company you can - this website has a ton of companies that you can register with. Also have faith in yourself and most importantly never give up i.e. be persistent. And network with as many asset managers as you can, even if you can't travel to the various conferences network network network. And do BPO's to perfect your skill and also as a way to build rapport with Asset Management companies and establish your level of excellence and skill.
