Carl Asbury has lived and worked in Brevard County for many years. In the last 25years he has owned and operated several real estate related businesses. As a licensed general contractor he was responsible for evaluating, preparing repair estimates, and repairing all types of properties. Upon becoming a REALTOR Carl specialized in listing and selling REO properties and does not mix private listings due devoting full time to the uniqueness of the REO process. Carl's experience in preparing dozens of property price evaluation each month keeps him well versed in market trends. Within 6 months after joining Trafford Realty, he was named "listing agent of the month." He now leads a team of 7 in the disposing of a high volume of REO properties each year for his clients. At this time his team is now doing 4% of the Boards listings and closing. Carl is a Five Star Professional REO Agent, REOTrans certified and RESNET certified. He continues taking courses at REOMAC, Five Star and other conventions and training sessions through out the years. He is now working toward earning his Brokers license. His personal belief in hard work and client satisfaction coupled with his has degree in Human Behavior and Management makes him a sought after REALTOR.
