"Where can we get "more" Fannie Mae properties to sell? .. I run our Fannie Mae REO department and we cant get anything from the asset managers!.. in the last 45 days we have sold almost "20" properties!!!"

Hi Bridget - I will have to say that this platform is one of the best I have seen for getting to obtain the RIGHT information. There are so many people out there trying to get rich off us poor REALTORS that it's tough to decide what is good and what isn't. Becoming good in REO is nothing more than starting with the BPO's (it took me over 2 years before I saw a listing), being on time or before, and providing that extra little bit that the asset manager normally doesn't get from anyone else. In my case if they need a trip to the courthouse to personally pick up the paperwork and deliver it to the attorney (I've done it up to 4 hrs one way) then I will do that. It doesn't happen often but my asset managers that I do work with know that if they need that extra bit, I will happily do it to get the deal closed. Hang in there, network, learn as much on the free information sites as you can and just ask questions. This is a great place to do that in. Good luck and I am here to help if you need me.
