I am new to this platform and wanted to get a bit of advice. I have been through the SFR training by NAR and found it to be light on substance with regards to REO and the needs of the Lenders and Servicers and how I can be better prepared to list and sell their properties. Is there some training available you would suggest could be beneficial? I am a licensed contractor and have scaled up the Buyer side for institutional buyers in 2010-2015 but I have mainly been buying and selling for my own investing since then.
Any advice or guidance is very much appreciated!
