I see the cost for NRBA is approx $163.00/mo, how long did it take you to start getting REO listings with them and what is a realistic expectation? Any other recommendations for companies to sign up with?
I asked an AM that I am negotiating a contract for if they had any additional REO listings in our area and they said their is a moratorium on Fannie Mae listings for approx. 30 days, do you know anything about this? El
