Which bank? Which property? What are the circumstances?

Don't know the bank, It's a condo in boleyn and has been abandoned for 10 yrs... also another condo the owner filed for bankruptcy and the bank has not foreclosed for over 10yrs. these type of cases are everywhere. according to PM the owners' are well aware of foreclosure rules and laws and are manipulating the system. There has to be a way to get these dead beats out.
