Will "HAFA" wind up buried in historylike the other government bailout programs? It's been just over three weeks since the Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternatives program (HAFA program) went into effect, has ANYBODY seen any approvals yet? Even though most of the major lenders signed up, there are only a handful of lenders out there that seem to have it together and who are prepared to approve short sale
files in ten days. GMAC, Wachovia, Litton, Wells Fargo Financial. That's about it for the major ones that seem to be ready to go and are approving them in that time frame.

I know it just went into effect, but just curious if you have had any "10 day approvals" for any HAFA deals? Or do you have any other "compliant" lenders to add to the list?
