My biggest flaw in my operation is my reimbursements. There are so many systems in which we have to use everyday, until I sometimes loose track of my paid out money. Then some companies want you to wait 6-9 months for reimbursements but wants you to sell their home in 30 days! I have finally conquered this flaw by investing more into software for bill tracking. I think we spend more time on marketing and making sure All of task are on track and put the reimbursement task in the back of our mind.(I did, idiot!) Well, we only have 30 days with most. I just learned my lesson by loosing 2grand. IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN! Good luck in this tough market guys. I pray the real estate God favors ALL of your deals!
