    I have had the same experiences with them as Louis.  Can be time consuming.  But they have always paid and have a payment schedule they follow.  I would like to hear if anyone has ever done a short sale listing with them.

      I considered them worthless for the time. Minimal money. Been done with them for over 2 years. You won't see REO work from them....

    No problem, they are definitely legit.  I was just really overwhelmed with BPO's at the time and didn't have the time to dedicate to helping with their home retention program.  But they paid quickly on the few I did.  If you have any other questions about other companies, just let me know.  I do work for a lot of asset management and valuation companies.

    Thanks for the feedback.  I have just been solicited to sign up and they are giving me two home owners to meet, but want to make sure they are legit.

    They pay well.  They like for you to consult with home owner's to try and keep them in the property and will pay you a fee.  Doesn't seem worth the fees for the time that is involved though.  For bpo's they are easy to work with and will pay consistently.
