Since 2010, our REO inventory and profit margins have decreased year over year and the amount of work required as well as the scrutiny by the Lender/AM has increased significantly.  

In order to maximize the brokerage profitability on our REO listings we need to sell more of our own REO and/or convert more sign calls and buyer leads into sales on other properties.  Easier said then done, but we are going to figure it out in 2015!!
