Virtual Office Question?

I'm looking to go paperless with all my listing docs, state disclosures, etc... My question to you all is what works best IPAD or Tablet? And what software do you recommend?

I know NAR recommends DocuSign, any others out there worth looking into?

  • Here is an article you might find helpful: http://www.pcmag.com/slideshow/story/266915/the-10-best-android-tab...

I would personally go with the Asus Transformer Prime if its in your budget. If its not, go with the original Asus Transformer or the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1.
    • Thanks Kyle, I had just read that article and thought the same thing. I'm going to keep my old laptop and go with the ASUS Prime with DocuSign and a few other apps I really like. Thank you for all the help!

  • Thanks Kyle, that's exactly what I was looking for. Do you recommend a particular Android Tablet?

  • Both the Apple iPad and Android tablets give you the ability to have clients sign the tablet directly with their finger or a stylus.

If you are tech savvy, I would opt for an Android as there is more you can do with it. If you're not the most tech savvy, I would opt for an iPad as it is easier to use and has more apps.

The biggest reason I use an Android is the ability to attach multiple files to an email. This is something you cannot do with an iPad. You also have a file management system similar to a computer on Android where you have folders and files. This is also something iPad doesn't have.
  • I use a mac airbook with a plug in modem from verizon. It is only a little bigger than an ipad but is a full computer with a real keypad and internet access anywhere.
