I was talking with a fellow owner/agent and he mentioned how he utilizes Top Producer at his office. Iamfamiliar withit, neverhave used it, wanted to throw it out to you guys for any experience and feedback everyone has regarding Top Producer. Good? Bad? Beneficial? Not beneficial? Looking forward to everyone's feedback.

Very happy with Top Producer, years ago I used ACT and there is a world of difference. Not only database management with TP but you can task yourself and set an action plan. I have one for REO assignments (pre-list and post list) as not all tasks are included in the standard online platforms and some outsourcers and smaller banks don't use platforms. I am able to add action plan supplements with tasks that are specific to each servicer. Any time you have a problem you reach a live person and it gets solved right away. I have never had to wait for somebody more knowledgable to "get back to me." I have never reached a recording or been instructed to email.

I have used Top Producer for 11 years and love it. I agree with Derrick--customer service is great.
