I joined this REO site specifically to warn any fellow Realtors of the unfair practices of Titanium Solutions, Inc. a "Home Retention" company based in South Carolina.
Recently, Titanium Soultions began receiving alot of assignments from Bank Of America-I understand it is on a trial basis. They have no idea what they are doing. I have worked with Titanium Solutions for 2 years, when they started sending us these assignments the payments to us had been slashed to $20.00 per no contact visit, $30.00 for contact but homeowner not interested, and $55.00 for a "full package" being Fed-ex'd to Titanium. I have been ripped off three times on the last three "full packages" I sent them. They came up with strange and bogus reasons to reduce it to a "partial package" payment, which would be only $30. That sounds like nickles and dimes doesn't it? That's exactly what I thought and told them as much, I then quit.
It wouldn't be so bad if we had any real way of actually being able to communicate with the people who made the judgement calls on the qualifications, but you don't. Any emails or calls you send to them rarely get returned; they are always right and you are always wrong. I had an area manager that now has 6 states under her management, and it is obvious she can't keep up.The instructions were constantly changing, and they expected you to redo your work when they changed them, sometimes 60 to 90 days later. This is also how long it takes to be paid on most of your assignments, even a simple "drive-by" inspection which only pays $15.00 anyway.
Avoid this company at all costs. The cost to start getting assignments was $120.00 when I started two years ago-SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! The average I have made is about $100.00 per month-not worth the aggravation.
