Prescient has been awarded a contract with the FDIC to sell their OREO Properties. They were originally only accepting applications until 2/17/2009 but have extended it until 4/30/09. So if you'd like to get signed up here is the link www.4prescient.netGood Luck

Hi all, looks like it has been over a year since this last post but was thinking of signing up with them. I have been in communication with one of their representatives who told me to download the package, fill it out and "mail" it to them. Before I do, can anyone who is signed up with them tell me your experience with them? Thank you!
I submitted an application and received an e-mail back letting me know I was in the system and they are looking forward to working with me in the near future.
I read the 9 pages of instructions and found them a little confusing. It is interesting to hear that they are not going with standard commissions. If you have a 200,000 dollar sale and pay the E and O and all our other related fees you could be doing a transaction for less than 1500.00. That could make it less than cost effective for many companies. Plus reading the instructions they want a "Marketing Plan" to me that means advertise it at an even higher cost thus reducing profit.
I started to apply, but they will only accept applications from the broker or one representative from a brokerage. With 28 offices, 2500+ agents, and a corporate REO division, I don't have a chance. :(

Thanks again Mark
Thank you for the information.

I put in an application last week. We will see if the volume will make up for the low offering of compensation.
Could you please provide me with the compensation break down. Do they provide their own preservation services? I appreciate your HELP!
