Any one about any resources available to assist on working with SLS?
I am working on a approved HAFA short sale for a $ 32,000.00 property on which 2nd lien holder is SLS.
Amount of SLS note is $ 15,680.00 and 1st lender is offering 10 % of balance. However SLS is adamant
on asking for $ 5600.00. Any suggestions?
