I have not had any luck becoming a REO agent. I have spent lots of money and time investing in that dream. I will now start focusing on short sales. I am using the NOD advertisements in the paper to follow up on. I need some marketing material to leave if they are not home and then if I need a letter to mail them. Any suggestions? I came across these guys at a recent Five Star event and was very impressed. They have a complete marketing system built for you. This should get you up and running.
I believe CDPE also has a marketing program they can set you up with after going through their class.
One for suggestion is The Short Sale Genius. I got started with them in 2008 and have since closed over 50 short sales and have 25 listings. They are great because they not only teach but actively negotiate short sales as well!

I have heard this guy speak he is really good thank you. I spent so much money last year on programs and techniques to become an REO agent. I just cant spend any more on seminars and programs. I don't mind purchasing marketing material but $1,200.00 is a to much for me now. Sounds as if your doing really good Congratulations!
