Looking for the best Short Sale Certification to add, also the cheapest route to get it. I am an experienced REO agent I have done many short sales just want the initials for the sake of the owners.

If you want real world, practical knowledge, check out Short Sale Geni. They are out of San Marcos, CA.
How about CDAT certification? I have signed up for free 9-5 tomorrow class but still debating if its worth it 8 hrs class or maybe they are trying to sell their program.

I met Lee at REOCon and he seems legit, pretty crazy guy but I the way he thinks, might worth checking him out.
If you are a member of NAR The SFR certification is relatively inexpensive, you can take it online in just few hours and get your certification in a week or so. I think it was $120.00 to take the course and $195.00 for the certification.
