Send me your money

Have anyone noticed how these people who want you to send them some money for maybe, maybe, maybe you'll get some business, have been crawling out of the sewer lately?

Use your money to advertise locally. That has worked in our bsiness for over 100 years and it will work today.

RE ain;t no easy street and I think some of us have been looking for an easy street by sending our money to all these outfits. Get back to the basics.

  • Steve - Yep, they've been pestering me for years. But the traffic has increased about the time the REOs began back in 2007.

And, yes, there is a Hogeye, Arkinsaw.

  • Actually they are dying down to some degree.  A year or two ago agents who work with distressed properties were prey to every scheme imaginable.

  • They have been around for years, you've just been lucky that they have not found you until recently.

A quick rule of thumb, if they come looking for you....they just want your money. If you have to find them, then they are usually legit.
