Hi Everyone--

I have read a couple of posts about receiving RES's through Res Net but you have to have the Pro Account..... I am just curious if people have had positive experiences..... I paid Equator last year and didn't receive anything..... Would love to add REO's into my business.... Thanks for any input. It is very much appreciated!!

Make sure you are at least signed up for the free membership. A bank or servicer just might have a need in your market and look.

It's been paying off for me for years but it is not even used 100% by my clients. I have to do a lot outside of the tasks on the site and it makes it difficult to keep track of everything I need to do on each property.

Resnet is a platform. They do not order free BPOs. That is US REO.

Before I paid to join them I would pay to join REOnetwork.com. I used to be a paid member and got listings through it. I only do bpos now so I don't need it.

I have both accounts Resnet and Equator. I have not received any listings.

Years ago they were good, not anymore. Spend your money on other marketing

Years ago it would have paid off but not now, if you are trying to get into REO's now .....it's too late and too many established REO agents, this is the first year since 2007 I am not renewing my pro account
