I have the same success which means zero ! I am signed up as basic since last July, met with REOTrans representative in REOMAC conference in April and in the meantime got certified as Platinum. Still Zero at that time. I have a feeling all REOTrans biz goes to my broker who elect the task to who ever he wants with different commission bracket. But not sure
and might be a different story.
The positive I see is one more certification showing to AM knowledge. This is another REO experience/knowledge to have on your bio which may retain the attention of other AM. I have contacted a lender such as EMC Mortgage to ask them since they have a few properties in NOD and the answer was to just to be signed up with REOTrans ! The last concern is the budget in regard of training certification ??? I believe if you have to spend the money, better to do it right and for the best you can as you will do for the REO listing you will get.
