RR Review is sending orders nationwide like mad nationwide! Signup to them if you want them
RR Review ...Birdie tells me they just got a bunch of Fannie Mae- Chase stuff - probably more interiors since they are FNMA
I believe its a 4,000 to 5,000 Order drop...You need to call these people for orders..please comb through your emails from these people directly...to get exact names...for those of you who have received emails from the below people- you will have their direct lines in email signatures...email signatures are the things at the bottom of emails that have contact info
I see this is an old post. FASInc asked for a $100 payment to do BPOs. I have never paid to work for someone. How does this arrangement work out?

I paid FAS a fee about 2-3 years ago (based on feedback from another agent that they were receiving many orders from FAS). I got 2-3 orders during the following year which covered the fee, but was not worth repaying for subsequent years based on the order volume.
Interesting to read and see everyone's frustration as we hear you in the field services area, there ones out there doing mortgage verifications for 2.50-10.00 each and have to cover counties and not zip codes, from verifications , occupant checks with letters, interior / exterior surveys if first time vacant properties or listed properties for the lenders. We do need to be united in our efforts and starting saying no to these order miller companies.

I did several BPOs for Evalonline and had to threaten them with a lawsuit on two different occasions. I won't work for them any longer. I did get paid once I threatened over and over again. I think they wanted me to leave them alone.
They went bankrupt back in May. Maybe by some miracle we all will get paid. I am considering not doing anymore bpos for anyone,. Very few pay well or on time. the ontime ones pay $40 or less, the ones that pay $50 take 90 days. I cannot afford to keep living like this.

I did a lot of work for Corelogic in past years but it has almost stopped completely. Did they loose all the big accounts? Does anyone know?
