As an REO Agent, are you interacting with your market via Facebook? Are you posting tips, tricks, and advice on how to Buy, Fix, Flip, Rent, etc. your Lisitngs? Are you posting ads of Up-Coming Listings, New Listings, Price Reductions, Pended Listings, Back On Market Listings, Sold Listings?
If not, why? If so, what is your experience & success rate(s)?
My organization does a GREAT deal of business via Facebook, believe it or not. Last year, my personal lead generation was 65% derived from Facebook (WOW), and the other 35% was from "paid sources" or warm referrals. As a company, that number is much smaller, but we are still generating a lot of contact & interest from our social media presence. Not only from Buyers, but also from Sellers and other Agents!
