Since I started doing REOs, I have seen many companies who went BK or close! Anyone knows current list of Outsourcers for the big 5s? There are those who became big servicers such as nationstar, ocwen but they know are using auction companies which i don't really like it.

Thanks for your response Ed! I was reading an article where it say there is a large amount of service rights to non bank companies. I have seen an increase in FC for wellsfargo in my area, but I am not sure who are their outsourcers are. BofA wasn't moving here, but they started picking up so I am looking to see who these big fives are working with.

Outsourcers seem to be dying out. I get a little work from Keystone Asset Mgt, Green River, Precision.
Lately most of my business is from investors.(buying or selling)
