REO LISTER

Just picking the brains of my fellow REO brokers and agents.  I've recently started get emails from "REO Lister" telling me I should sign up on their web site.  They're telling me, for a fee, they will register me with 150 Banks and Asset Managers.  My guess is that I've already registered with most of them in my 21 years of REO.  But it never hurts to check things out.  Anybody registered with these guys and received any new business that you can credit back to them?  Appreciate the responses.  Bbo

    I agree with Steve; you can do this for free or pay an assistant a lot less + you will know who you have signed up with and and track and follow up.

    Why pay someone to do something you can do for yourself.... FOR FREE?

     

    Besides, I doubt there are 150 legit banks and managements still in business.

        This year I will not spend money as I have done a lot last year. Unless there is a 100 percent guaranteed listings.
