I was just contacted by this company. I was interviewed about my REO experience, how I do business, etc. He explained how his company operates. I would be the only REO agent they would use in the area. Then came the hook.....$400 fee to use our platform. I've had emails and calls from REO Pro Corp before, and knew they were scammers and didn't bite. Anyone have any experience with this company? Are they legit, or just another BankerREO makeover?

The best question to ask them is; I'll gladly pay you your one-time service fee of $xxx.xx at the first REO closing we have. If they mumble and rattle on, hang up.
Me too, they are the same company, I almost fell for it!
Save your money, the first question I ask anyone calling from a company telling me they handle REO's is are you going to charge me to work for you? If the answer is yes end the call.
