I have used the REO Consultancy now for 4 years. I will say that this is the best $$ I have ever spent. John Cerv (The Owner) has been a leader in the REO industry for over 25 years. He knows all the major players and has a network of people that I could never have access too. John has landed me some great clients that I have received a steady amount of listing inventory from. I even had the Vice President of one of my clients call me and Say "I have known John for many years, and he recommended you, so I am going to give you a try". This was amazing!! Now, I have to prove myself and do the work to keep the clients, but John opens the doors. I depend on John for leadership and advice, and he delivers this to me at anytime. Look for yourself, do you homework on John Cerv. I have been in this business for 15 years and have spent thousands on marketing and online networks. The REO Consultancy will always be a part of my marketing for what it has delivered for me.
