Wondering if anyone got any REO assignments from REO industry directory. I just received following email from their REO assignment coordinator. I have only signed up free for a basic profile, and not interested in their paid service unless I have a valid reason to.
We are looking for a few good agents who we can handle some REO listings for our bank and lender clients. Have you completed any REOs in the last 24 months, either representing a buyer or a bank? If so, and if you have time and can devote your attention to completing these REOs efficiently and reliably, then we would like to talk to you. We are only allowing a few agents in VA and specifically the city of Reston and surrounding neighborhoods.
