Red Book & Five Star Conference ( Platinum Equator didn't work)

Dear REO PRO

Should I invest $1,095 for REORedBook (ad said: "used daily by asset managers to find qualified REO agents/brokers")...

How about Five Star Conference?... is it good investment? ... Did anyone got any results?

I was burn financially with Equator Platinum Agent & Equator Platinum Short sale posting with no results after 3months since I signed in.

... Just looking to get more REO listing or Short sale listing...

I've done Five Star for the last 4 years and this will be my 5th year. The conference has gotten better each year and I love that they are bringing back 2 days for the lender/servicer open house. Take all your networking opportunities, you never know how it will pay off, if not immediately, then in the future.

  I just "took the plunge" last week. I had seen a lot of mixed reports on REO REDBOOK results, and was leaning against the expense. But one of the nay sayers, who I had contacted privately on another matter, totally reversed her negative position based on getting awarded the HUD contract in ther area. If you want to hit a home run, you have to get at bat and take a swing.
  
  The Five Star Conference was great last year, and I am going again this year. You have to get out of your office and neighborhood to prospect for REO business.
