Has anyone had any dealings with a receiver appointed by a Judge when a property is going into foreclosure? I had my first experience and was not favorable. I want to be a receiver after the experience I went through. Easy job, easy money and forces you to add them as colisting agent to your listings. I am having trouble getting the right source to educate me about the position and duties. I would appreciate any information or direction any one of you might have.
