Thanks Carlos; I was wondering if anyone had any experience with these type of transactions. I ask merely because in the current market I can see that equity has disappated in a lot of instances and people may be
interested in a trade of like kind.

The best place to go for property exchange information will probably be your title/escrow company if in the Western U.S. states. Anybody else has any suggestions?
