I have received several emails telling me about a Pre-Foreclosure List. I'm curious if anyone has purchased this type of list in order to contact & help homeowners who are late on their payments. Anyone doing out there doing this? If so, with what company?

I am doing this but, the list is provided to me for free by an investor of mine. I don't know who he is buying from but, when we solicit these people, we get about a 10% return rate on it.

Hi Jesse- What type of contact are you doing to get 10% return- that's awesome!
In my area The Commercial Record (Warren Group.com) is excellent. To utilize it, you will need a staff, and probably want to narrow it down, as they cover the whole state. Each record has the property address, mortgagee, all recent mortgages, lender or other lien holder etc. Subsciptions run @ $39/month, no long contracts, you can stop and start whenever you like.
