I started to post my listings on a local bargain FB site in the last couple of months. I just got my first contract from it within a week of posting this particular property! I did learn, however, to turn off comments. There are some pretty nasty - and ignorant - people on those sites. I learned to post as much as possible and I also paste in the video tour.
