  • Hi Lane:

Well, I can't say I have any direct experience with them however, in my opinion, any company that list out thier membership isn't legitimate. Let me explain my opinion.

Most Asset Management firms, if not all of them, have confidentiality agreements with thier clients that expressly outline that they don't want thier information given out or for that matter, the contact information to thier agents simply because that would then be an avenue that others could use to bombard them with request. This alone tells me that they may not be as legit as they try to make out, in my opinion.

Now I say all that but, they do have a guarantee. I haven't read it over completely but, it may be worth paying closer attention to, in my opinion.

I do have a big problem with no corporate address information provided.....it makes it impossible to check with the state real estate commission, NAR and the BBB but, I would check with all those before you make a decision, or at the very least find someone on REOPro who endorses them.

Just so you know, I have no experience with them and have not spoken with any of thier leadership. I am basing my opinion off of thier website and my opinion of it.
