  • Have heard only good things--and the officers/directors have strong REO credentials.  Not personally a member, but know some who are, including a good friend of mine locally in Tampa.

Any of these organizations, paying the fee is the first part, you have to network and work at it, if you just pay the fee and expect instant listings, isn't going to happen.

  • Hi John,

I don't know a lot about this company but, what I have heard....I am not joining.

    • Jesse - What have you heard?

    • I don't know if I'd call it a company, but it is an organization similar to NRBA and The Force.  What have you heard?  Feel free to reply to me privately.  CeceFox@AkronAreaREO.com

  • Some very well respected former/NRBA REO real estate agents/brokers are associated with this organization.  I am considering joining again.  The only reason I discontinued my membership after joining the in the beginning was that I thought the membership was the same as REOExpo.  I think if their forums are active and additional REO news and info is included, $700 a year is  probably a good deal.
