I receive a lot of comments from realtors that though they are marketing themselves on zillow, trulia, realtor.com, etc, that they aren't receiving too many calls. This doesn't apply to everyone of course, but many agents are complaining about this.
So I go to realtor.com as I type this, and I search an agent in 77092 (Houston, TX) and I see that there are 207 realtors found. I see still pictures of agents, and each page contains 20 agents per page. For those agents that are on page 5, that would mean I would have gone through 80 agents just to click on page 5. In other words, no one stands out from the other unless you are on page 1-3. Makes sense?
As a lifetime buyer, for me the most important thing in an agent is a good fit. What is a good fit for me may be different than a good fit for john doe. I can visit the big sites, and I cannot sort agents by gender, ethnicity, languages spoken, etc. Also as a buyer, I don't want to actually read profile after profile to see the agent I want to work with. No social media links, nothing. Just a standard profile. Why not have a video profile?
If you believe that buyers and sellers should have options at their fingerprints, then you should visit us at www.raveprofile.com. Let me know if you have any questions or leave comments.
Merry Christmas to you and your family,
