Does anyone know about this company? They asked me to list a property and in their application they want me to have 3rd party coverage for $500,00 or waive it and agree to pay their legal cost it they are named in a suit. I can't even find out what they pay before agreeing to work for them.

I have a client who now takes 35% of certain assets, and I would take as many as I can get from them because they are NOT a headache! Easy to deal with folks. It is worth it fo me. Everyone has to establish their bottom line, for some this is to much, and for others not, just an individual thing.
I have worked with New Vista in the past. They are a great company to work with except they take deep referral fees.
Good luck.

How deep?
Thanks
The used to deduct 35%. My last escrow was January last year, so I don't know if they made any changes since.
Thanks Savio,
35% is way too much for me to pay for a listing plus property management.
