NEW OLD REPUBLIC BPO NOTICE:

BPO Order Acceptance/ BPO Escalated Fees/ BPO Certification

"Effective Immediately: Any accepted order is deemed to have been reviewed by the accepting agent prior to that acceptance and therefore is not subject to an escalation in the fee amount. Fees will NOT be increased on an order once accepted by the agent.

Effective immediately: An order that has had an increased fee negotiated, for any reason, that is not completed within the prescribed time frame will have the escalated fee removed and the fee for said order will be reduced to the original base fee amount. Please note any order returned to an agent for correction does not alter the original order due date.

I certify that with my acceptance of any of the below orders, that I am the agent registered in the Old Republic Default Management system and that I will be the licensed agent completing the assigned order(s)."

There is also a new FNMA BPO form V3. It is, first, very slow. Drop downs take forever as does tabbing. It has quality and condition options of Q1-Q6 and C1-C6 but I'm not finding definitions.

  • Hey,

We are a team of people having experience in manually accepting new BPO orders for most of BPO companies. We are very prompt in accepting orders when they are posted and can accept orders on your behalf for companies like RRReview, Atisource (Ocwen), Clear capital, OLD Republic, Equi-trax, SAM, Proteck, Corelogic, Emortgagelogic, BPO Fulfillment (Mainstreet Val.), Inside Valuations, GoodmanDean, Woodfinn etc.. and other companies.

We have one year experience and very high success rate in accepting new orders. There is no automated software used, We constantly monitor your email for new order and immediately accept new order when it is available, we do it manually and it is legitimate. We can provide you free service for a day or two if you are interested and accept some orders for you.

You would pay for accepted orders only, no additional costs. If order is canceled later you don't need to pay for it.

You can leave all your worries on us for accepting orders, please shoot me an email bpoorderaccept@gmail.com

Looking forward to hearing from you.
    Thank you.

  • Yanoska - this is not the Old Republic REO division so their BPOs never result in listings. Their forms have not been difficult until this latest one and the main problem is that while it is very different and has some new fields that are a bit difficult to determine answers for, the form doesn't work very well technically. It sometimes tabs up and down, then side to side, and skips over several fields. Drop downs are slow to open up and typing the first letter of the word you think you want like G for 'good' winds up as P for 'poor' (a problem with their regular forms as well). If you want 'SF Detached' and hit S twice (because SF Attached comes up first), you really have hit your down button to get 'SF Detached', otherwise it pops up with something else that does even start with 'S'.

See my separate discussion about their reduced fees.

I used to get REO listings from them but not in the last 4-5 years.
    • But what does 'eligible to be approved' mean? Eligible to apply and pay the $169 fee? I sort of recognize the short REO agent application and the fee seems familiar but I dont remember reapplying recently. Do you have to reapply every 90 days?? It also doesn't state what the fee is actually for. Anyone?
      • Well when I signed up with them - its been some years now - they sent me both applications - and approved both. So I eagerly gobbled up 10 available BPOs...then 20....then 30...and you know the rest of the story.

I have also been approved for years on REOVM. The fee is annual. That is ok with me because I am approved with Equity Pointe / 3 Point. But nada, zip, zilch, for Old Republic.

    • They certainly make the BPO-REO connection on their website!

      • There are 2 different application forms on the website.  The valuation and REO agent applications are separate.

        • True. It also says this:

I’ve completed 10 BPO’s or it has been         90 days, when do I get an REO listing?

ORDMS does not guarantee that once         you’ve completed 10 BPO’s (or it has been 90 days) that you’ll receive an REO         listing. If you have completed 10 BPO’s (or it has been 90 days) with the proper         quality and turn around time, you are now        eligible to be approved as an ORDMS REO approved agent.

  • I have filled their application so many times and never send it. My colleagues complaint about the difficulty of their BPOs and their fees all the time, no listings for them either, they have been doing BPOs for 4-5 years. Is it the same for you?

  • WOW.  I had no idea.  Thanks!
