Network Mortgage Servicing

Just giving everyone a heads-up that I'm not trusting these guys. We've done 2 commercial BPO's for them over the last couple of years and they have not paid either of them. Their website is very skimpy with no contact info. They don't respond to emails and their phone number is almost impossible to find.

 

We should have kept better tabs on them, but we do so little for them it's easy to have them fall through the cracks.

 

My advice is to skip these people. Not very ethical or honest.

  • I did 1 bpo  about a year ago and I have not been paid for it, I have sent the W9 requested and have not heard from them, I had accepted another BPO , ended up not doing it. The numbers listed for them go directly to a fax machine, and the fax number listed is no longer in service, doesn't look promising...

  • Yes, I had the same issue with NMS on my commercial BPO's I did for them.  8 months later, I finally received payment.  Only after I got one of them on the phone & fought tooth & nail..... Sad business practices, to say the least.
