Neighbor City

I have just received an email from a client Advocate for a company called NeighborCity. The want to refer a client to me to show them a higher end home tomorrow. They also include the number of the buyer and state that the referral fee is 30%.

Has anyone ever heard of this company - They have a website but I would rather hear from genuine people who have worked with them.

What intrigues me about this company is how they give you all the leads info before having any agreement in writing with you about paying them a referral fee. Seems very trusting on their part.

I've gotten several leads... no one has purchased anything yet, but happy to have the referral.
