Some of the service providers ask for rental information on their BPOs. They want to know what the market rent is for the property, whether rents are increasing or decreasing and by how much. Does anyone have a good source for this information they care to share?

That will give you the true market rent in your area
Our MLS has limited data, but I have also googled "rental data Connecticut" and it gave me a site with each town in CT, average rental prices, number of rental units etc. If neither of these work in your location you may try Section 8, they have "fair market rental prices by bedroom count"
