Well as the end of January rolled around I looked at where I am with my REO business and realized that I'm no where near where I need to be. To be honest with myself I let a few good months get in the way of building my business. Boy, what a mistake that was!!! Now I'm trying my best to get in front of a few more AMs and vendor managers by using marketing pieces I can send directly to them. Has this worked for any of you? If so, do you know what type of marketing provided the best results? I know I need to be careful with what is sent because some items could be considered a gift and I what to avoid that by all means.. I appreciate any insight anyone is willing to share.
