Can someone give me some feedback on Main Street BPOs, because I just got signed up with them and they been sending me $20 BPOs. Do they give REO listings or something? What would be the benefit of me doing a BPO for $20? I have seen on here that some agents are saying they are good to work for. Someone please help me see the good. Thanks.

the $20 assignments are just property inspections. I do them if they fit into my BPO itinerary. it's always interesting to see properties in perhaps some neighborhoods I haven't been in recently.

It is up to the client to contact you if they require your help with the listing. They're just a mill. My first ever BPO was from them. Pay on time but again no REO.
