  • I have been trying to get setup with this company; do you have an email for an asset manager that I can follow up with?

  • They are ok.  You have to front the rekey fee and make sure you request reimbursement through LPS (for a fee to use THEIR system) within 20 days of service, not closing.  They then pay for everything else.

They use RESNET for everything else including weekly exterior 'driveby' inspections requiring dated front and rear photos.  I can't usually get a rear photo on a driveby if there is no driveway....

The biggest problem is that the listings can become part of a bulk sale and withdrawn from the market and they still expect you to do the weekly inspection.  I have 2 of them that are expected to come back to LRC and then they are supposed to be finally listed.  All of their assignments have been US Bank, which always makes me nervous.  Also all have been very low value properties - under $25k.

Seems to me I saw something about paid required training recently.  And the managing partner is now part of or started a new referral company which may cost another referral fee....

    • Thanks, the one they sent me was already listed.  I'm thinking they were just policing the listing agent and wanted someone to do a cheap BPO.  I don't mind doing this provided they do send me listings, just didn't want to do the grunt work with nothing coming.
