So now the caller says she is with Royal Asset Management and gives the dream-weaver spiel about  6%-7% commissions, no referral fees, no upfront management fees. Then the caress of "Bank of America recommended you" along with other guaranteed to make you salivate incentives. BUT THEN COMES THE KICKER: we only want you to sign up with our software portal, IREOPRO.  Hello! Goodbye! So now it's a software program? BTW, there is no Royal Asset Mgmt that I could find online. Beware!

  • Thank you for posting!  That company had called me 3 times as REO PRO & they're a nuisance. In Oct 2014, they called one of my agents as 'REO WORLD'; same pitch.  This was after the real REO WORLD closed.  Anyone who receives a call from these, please do your homework first before paying any fees!

  • Yes, IREOPRO Royal Asset Mgt called me today looking to sign me up for $400.  Sounded like a scam to me. Thank you for the heads up.
